I am a Master of Design and applied arts (glass) at Wolverhampton University with a completed qualification in lamp working with Plowden and Thompsons of Stourbridge. My main focus is as a glass caster and kiln former working in hot and cold glass. This has led to me becoming a winner in consecutive competitions with the Wedgwood museum in Barlaston to have his work as part of the permanent Wedgwood collection. My work is currently on show in the Wedgwoood museum, and has been on show in the national glass centre, the Public, New Designers craft fare in London, as part of the Pretty Vacant travelling exhibition in Stourbridge, West Bromwich Queens square centre, and Volte gallery. His work has a strong sense of people and place focusing on relationships and mental attitudes and problems.
